• The Round-Trip private transfer only includes one pick-up point, in case of more than one pick-up point will incur extra charge.
• Should the customer be late from the pick-up time stated, the company will not be liable for any extra cost incur.

SERVICES FOR TOUR GUIDE

• Other Services – Balloons/ Flower Bouquet/ Birthday Cake/ DJ/ Bartender/ Picnic Set/ and other Alcoholic Beverages: Please contact the sales team to book these services. Minimum advance booking of 24 hours before departure is required.
• General Terms & Conditions – Commission & Rates : The Company agrees to provide the agent with a 15% commission on rental boat fees. This commission does not apply to additional guest surcharges, fuel surcharges, or any other boat charter–related costs. All rates are inclusive of 7% VAT and applicable taxes.
• Additional Services : Customized meals, alcoholic beverages, and any additional entertainment or services are subject to extra charges and are non-commissionable.
• Service for Pregnant Women : The company reserves the right to decline service to pregnant women under all circumstances, for the safety of passengers and in accordance with maritime safety standards.
• Pets on Board : Bringing dogs or any other pets on board is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason. This policy ensures cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all passengers.
• Program Changes : The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the itinerary without prior notice, depending on sea and weather conditions or for safety reasons. Any adjustment made will always prioritize the safety and best interests of all passengers.
• Compliance with Maritime Safety Standards: The Company reserves the right to take action to maintain the safety of passengers and comply with maritime safety standards.
• Smoking on Board: Smoking is strictly prohibited for any reason whatsoever. This is to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of passengers while on board.
• Changes to Itinerary: The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the itinerary without prior notice. This is subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, or other safety-related reasons. In the event of any changes, the Company's priority will be the safety and maximum benefit of the passengers.

• A 50% payment is required upon booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% must be settled within 24 hours prior to departure.
• Credit Card Surcharge: 3.5% for MasterCard/Visa and 4.76% for AMEX and Union Pay, plus 7% VAT.
• Payments to Boat Trip (Thailand) Co., Ltd. must be accompanied by a reference and made via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Less than 48 hours before departure: 30% of the total charter rate.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: 50% of the total charter rate.
• Less than 12 hours before departure or No Show: 100% — all deposits are strictly non-refundable.
